I cannot get the download to work, nor can I identify for you the other devises that the promotion implies that would be covered in the next year's pricing. Not sure what to do or where to go. Doug Henry

Realize new comers may not know all the options, but felt I was getting bombarded with multi side orders. I might have selected more added options if it was provided at the outset. Ii felt I was being suckered in to take more than I truly wanted and think I may have selected more at the outset.

The tool is effective and with a good risk coverage. I would suggest thaving a SIMPLE fixed plan and keeping it steady for the period, without being flooded later by too many options and alternatives. They are a bit confusing and risk being edundant.
