It works well enough for an antivirus application.

I got this antivirus program and so far, it has prevented all of my devices from virus infections. It alerts me when a link is dangerous to click on, it alerts me of spam links, and runs in the background to stop malware from infecting my devices. The price that I pay is very affordable, so I am very pleased with it.

TotalAV cancelations seem difficult, with my experience. There was no option to cancel direct on their official website, except placing an email or phone call. What if someone doesn't want to talk to someone? When providing cancelation in writing, your email gets auto-responded without confirmation. Other then that, it was a solid anti-virus.

Ability to talk to a real person.

There are some problems a subscriber may have that require the ability to talk to a live person. I have been running the short scans but have not been able to see how to run a total system scan. When I pull up the available scan list the system scan shows as an option but I have found no way to activate it. A live person may be able help. I am a reasonably intelligent person but I need help.
