Unfortunately, today Total AV allowed 2-3 breaches on my desktop, so far although uninstalled and reinstalled, problem still not fixed?

TotalAV difficult to communicate with if issues. When logging out it doesn't. Screen looks active. Hope I'm getting good protection. Gets good reviews so have kept for another year.
One Problem

I cannot keep TotalAV active. about weekly I have to delete the program and re-install it because it fails to complete "setting things up for you". I have to check it regularly to make sure it is working and too often it isn't.
