I was going to cancel my subscription which renews on June 16 20204. I took advantage os the 80% deal. Was told I would get email confirming this. But did not receive email. and renewal still says June 16 2024

Easy set up, good initial checks, hopefully it will continue to be helpful with its service. The Annual subs are a good price at £49, although £150 on renewal is steep.

Not always easy to know what is an extra charge and what is included in price already paid. I have also been charged twice for the same service. Although is has been sorted it is a hassle
